How it Started

Joe Vasquez is the founder and CEO of Grampy Joe’s BBQ LLC. For over 20 years, Joe has been sharing is sauce with friends, family, and folks he has met along the way. The Detroit native has many asking for more. Some as far as Texas and some as close as South Carolina.

Many may know Joe from his days of BBQ competitions. He competed along side his son Joey, and they were knows as Smokin’ with the Joes. They took home many titles, trophies, and have won Grand Champion. Joe is rooted in tradition by cooking for his family and has a passion for great flavor. Joe has a vision to have a bottle at every grill for years to come.
